Cox and Kings Global Services Pvt. Ltd. (“CKGS”) believes that any customer who is applying for E-Visa through CKGS has the right to know about the privacy policy that is followed by CKGS. For the trust the customer has on CKGS, CKGS values the right to your privacy.

The idea of this policy is to educate the user as to what personal information is being captured by CKGS and where the same is being used. It describes the principles and practices that apply to personal information collected from users of CKGS services ("you") on CKGS Website, in telephone or e-mail communications, or in interviews, surveys.

Please note the following:

  • CKGS will not collect personal information without your knowledge and permission.

  • CKGS does not use or store your personal information including your bank details, debit card, credit card or NEFT transactions and details in the system.
  • CKGS will not knowingly disclose your personal information to third parties, except as provided in this Privacy Policy.
  • CKGS will take reasonable steps to protect the security of the personal information CKGS collects from you.

CKGS only uses your personal information (that is captured on CKGS Website) for the purpose of processing your application for E-Visa.

CKGS shall not be held responsible for the authenticity or accuracy of the information provided by the Applicant. It shall be the duty of the Applicant to ensure that the information provided to CKGS is accurate and true.

CKGS does not sell or rent any personal information to any third party. CKGS does not use your personal information including your debit card, credit card or NEFT transactions and details nor store the same in its system.

However, CKGS must cooperate with legal authorities, and may in some circumstances be required to disclose personally identifiable information in response to requests from law enforcement authorities, or in response to a subpoena or other legal process. CKGS does not expect this to happen, but if it does, CKGS will provide only the requested information. In other words, CKGS will not simply turn over the database in response to a specific legal requirement.

Although CKGS works very hard to protect Applicant's privacy, it cannot guarantee that personal information or private communications will always remain private and secure.

CKGS has implemented security procedures to help protect applicant’s personal information stored in CKGS systems. For example, CKGS limits access to personal information about you to CKGS employees who, we believe, reasonably need to come into contact with that information. CKGS also employs processes (such as password hashing, login auditing, and idle session termination) to protect against unauthorized access to your personal information.

However, in case of any fraudulent transactions, CKGS will not be held liable as CKGS does not save or store credit card or debit card or NEFT details of any Applicant in its system.

Minors (as defined under the laws of their jurisdiction or residence) are neither eligible to register for, nor use services available on the CKGS Site. CKGS does not knowingly collect personal information from any minor and will not use this information if discovered that it has been provided by a minor.

CKGS will retain your personal information in CKGS databases in accordance with CKGS document management, retention and destruction policies and applicable Indian laws. This period may extend beyond the end of your relationship with CKGS, but it will be only as long as it is necessary for CKGS to have sufficient information to respond to any issues that may arise later.

CKGS may also need to retain certain information to prevent fraudulent activity; to protect CKGS against liability, permit CKGS to pursue available remedies or limit any damages that CKGS may sustain; or if CKGS believes in good faith that a law, regulation, rule or guideline requires it.

Your personal information will be stored in secured locations, and on servers controlled by CKGS, located either at CKGS offices, or at the offices of CKGS service providers.

CKGS reserves the right to change this policy should CKGS deem it advisable to do so or as per the requirement of Indian laws and regulations. If CKGS makes material changes that will affect personal information CKGS has already collected from you, CKGS will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the changes and to give you opportunity to amend or cancel your registration.
